You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or exchange.

Please note that returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted if the product has a genuine quality issue, manufacturing defect, is damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the incorrect item. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, with tags, safety seals completely intact, and in its original packaging.

Crucial Safety & Hygiene Notice: Due to health protection, hygiene, and product safety regulations regarding personal care goods, shampoos, and scalp treatment products, ANY items that have been opened, unsealed, safety seals broken, or used are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is fully responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping fees are completely non-refundable.

If your return is approved and refunded, the cost of return shipping will not be compensated.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@laeronus.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process your request for quality issues, damages, or incorrect items, you will be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care goods (such as opened hair care and beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

All clearance items or items marked as "Sale" are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gift cards are completely non-returnable.

Black Friday & Holiday Sales Policy

ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY SALE (NOVEMBER 18–30) ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON.

The customer is entirely responsible for all shipping costs back to their location if they ship a final sale item back to our warehouse without authorization.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the defective item you have (once approved), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned package, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on its condition and eligibility.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
